The dynamic form cuts away the volume at the ground floor levels, naturally forming a community hub dedicated to the surroundings, a gathering place in the day, and a landscaped park at night. The building skin stacks itself up with a twisting volume, through a single curved curtain wall system and aluminum fins. This distinct architectural feature not only adds visual interest to the building but also serves a practical purpose by providing shade and reducing solar heat gain, ensuring a comfortable and energy-efficient interior environment

The spatial capacity increases vertically, offering additional workspaces and a superior vantage point at the upper levels. The full-height curtain wall is made around the office which offers a 180-degree panorama view, with sunlight penetrating the interior space
